V4 Scale-up and Investor Programme aims to boost communication and encourage regional investor and startup co-operations in the field of sustainability. The programme is based on an event series dedicated to V4 countries (Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia) organized with the goal of building community and finding the best regional startups and scaleups and to connect them with investors. The concept is based on B2B and networking events in three locations throughout V4 countries involving the VC-s and companies interested in regional co-investments.

HVCA
The Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA) represents the interests of the private equity and venture capital industry in Hungary by supporting its members and promoting adherence to the highest possible professional and ethical standards.
PSIK
As an association of 44 Polish private equity/venture capital management firms, PSIK has a great impact on the local startup ecosystem and has a great reach for local investors.
CVCA
CVCA´s main objective is to promote and support private equity and venture capital and its development through, among other, elimination of administrative and legislative obstacles, and to increase awareness about the possibilities and importance of private equity and venture capital in the Czech Republic.
The Visegrad Fund
The International Visegrad Fund is an international donor organisation established by the governments of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia). Its aim is to support closer understanding and cooperation among people in the V4 region, as well as between the V4 region and other countries and regions, particularly in the non-EU neighbourhood of the Eastern Partnership countries and in the Western Balkans.
The fund does foster the development of civil society by financing joint grant projects and by awarding university scholarships and artist residencies. The fund’s annual budget of €8 million consists of equal contributions by the V4 governments.
